You can cancel any order for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled fulfillment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of fulfillment, you'll receive a 75% refund — the remaining 25% covers ingredients and preparation already underway. To cancel, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us directly.
Every order confirmation email includes a cancellation link. You can also reach us through the contact form in our footer or by replying to your confirmation email. We process cancellations and refunds within 1–2 business days.
We deliver across the island of Montreal and the surrounding areas — including Laval, Longueuil, the West Island, and the North Shore. If you're just outside these zones, reach out and we'll do our best to make it work.
Delivery is a flat $10 within our delivery zone. Orders of $60 or more ship free — so filling your basket a little more can actually save you the fee. The delivery cost is shown in your cart before you check out.
Yes! Pickup is available from our kitchen at no charge. Just select 'Pickup' at checkout and choose your preferred date. We'll send you the exact address and pickup instructions once your order is confirmed.
Everything is baked to order and delivered the same day. Breads are best enjoyed within 2–3 days, while desserts keep for 3–5 days refrigerated. We include reheating and storage tips with every order so you get the most from each bite.
